Shipping
Orders with physical products (apparel, pictures, etc.) ship within 2 business days of receipt. If we are not able to ship within that timeframe, we will notify you via email.
Digital downloads will be available immediately, and with no shipping costs. After purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download the file(s).
We ship worldwide. Additional charges will apply to orders shipped outside the United States.
Domestic (United States) orders will ship via USPS. International or expedited shipping orders will ship via a trackable carrier, and we will provide a tracking number.
Shipping charges and options will be described in the shopping cart, as part of the checkout process.
Pricing and Availability
While we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this web site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Returns
Physical products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Items must be in new, re-sellable condition.
Returns will be inspected prior to approval. If the item is not in new condition, it will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping.
Customized products (e.g., autographed pictures) are not returnable.
Digital downloads are not returnable.
Upon approval, a refund wlll be issued. You should receive a credit within two business weeks.
To initiate a return, please email merch@ezrahenderson.com, detailing the reason for the return, and the contract information of the purchaser. We will respond with instructions for returning the item(s).
If an item is the wrong size, you may request an exchange. If the correct size is in stock, we will ship it to you upon receipt of the original item. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, please email details of the cancellation request to merch@ezrahenderson.com. If the order has not yet shipped we will cancel it and refund the charges. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process.
